Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with up to 2 years of experience to support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while ensuring a positive hiring experience and alignment with company hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Post job openings on job portals, social media, and internal platforms
- Source candidates through databases, networking, and online channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Support on boarding activities and documentation for new hires
- Maintain accurate records in HR systems and databases
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR
- Prior experience in recruitment/HR ( IS A MUST )
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to details
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices
- Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
