Job Title: Admin / Accountant

Location: New Cairo
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin / Accountant to manage daily administrative tasks and support the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

Manage daily office administrative operations.
Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and document filing.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office activities.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
Maintain organized records and company files.

Accounting Duties:

Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
Issuing financial reports and expense tracking.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Maintain proper documentation for audits and financial compliance.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles.
High proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Experience with accounting software is preferred.(Odoo System )
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Experience in office administration and documentation.
Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.
