About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Team Leader to lead, motivate, and develop our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, coaching team members, and ensuring excellent customer engagement. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for sales excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Monitor daily sales activities, performance metrics, and pipeline management.
  • Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance evaluations for team members.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and customer acquisition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and sales standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support business objectives.
  • Resolve customer concerns and support the team in closing complex sales opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
