Tele Sales Executive (International BPO – US & Europe)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly fluent English-speaking Tele Sales Executive to make outbound calls to customers in the United States and English-speaking European countries. The role requires clear communication, confidence, and the ability to introduce the company and generate interest..

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound sales calls to potential clients in the US and Europe.
Introduce yourself and the company professionally within the first 20–30 seconds.
Present the service value clearly and quickly.
Identify customer interest and qualify leads.
Handle objections confidently.
Schedule meetings and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate call notes in the CRM system.

Requirements:

Excellent English proficiency (near-native level).
Clear or neutral international accent.
Experience in BPO / Tele Sales / Cold Calling preferred.
Ability to handle calls efficiently within 2 minutes.
Strong persuasion and listening skills.
Comfortable calling international clients.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and sales scripts.

Minimum Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Business Administration or any relevant field.

Minimum Experience: 1-2-year(s)in tel sales.
