Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with up to 2 years of experience to support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while ensuring a positive hiring experience and alignment with company hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
Post job openings on job portals, social media, and internal platforms
Source candidates through databases, networking, and online channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Support on boarding activities and documentation for new hires
Maintain accurate records in HR systems and databases

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR
Prior experience in recruitment/HR ( IS A MUST )
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to details
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices
Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Strong organizational and time management skills
